B.B.B.F.F. (Big Brother Best Friend Forever) is een lied dat te horen is in de aflevering A Canterlot Wedding - Part 1 van de animatieserie My Little Pony: Vriendschap is betoverend. Twilight Sparkle zingt het lied voor het eerst wanneer ze haar vrienden uitlegt dat haar broer, Shining Armor, de enige pony was die ze vertrouwde als vriend voordat ze naar Ponyville werd gestuurd.
Later in de aflevering, wanneer ze bang was "een broer te zijn kwijtgeraakt" na een ruzie, zingt ze een sombere, veel kortere reprise van het lied. Dit nummer is opmerkelijk omdat het Twilight's eerste solo-lied is.
De componist van het lied, Daniel Ingram, gebruikte een cadens die bekend staat als een "deceptive cadence" (bedrieglijke cadens) in plaats van een "authentic cadence" (authentieke cadens) om de reprise af te sluiten als een "inside joke". De versie zonder reprise eindigt op een authentieke cadens, D flat major, in plaats van een bedrieglijke (B flat minor).
Dit lied is het negende nummer op het soundtrackalbum Songs of Friendship and Magic. De liner notes vermelden echter onjuist dat dit lied in A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2 voorkomt. In plaats daarvan worden de songteksten van This Day Aria, Part 1 in het boekje vermeld op de plek waar de songteksten van B.B.B.F.F. zouden moeten staan.
